Senior Technical Program Manager
Overview
The AI & Decision Product Enablement Program (AI & DPE) is an internal product suite that enables intelligent decisions for market facing products. This program provides sophisticated, industry-leading intelligence with a range of capabilities that structure and apply complex business logic across the payment journey and beyond to inform and accelerate decisions at scale. This is achieved by leveraging supercomputing capabilities, sophisticated business rules, AI technologies, a streaming big data cluster, high speed in-memory data caching, APIs, & UIs to enrich data and provide real-time decisions.
Senior Technical Program Manager will focus on initiative delivery, release management, road mapping, dependency and risk management, capacity planning, and stakeholder communications. This role will effectively provide oversight and delivery against our prioritized commitments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage mid-sized projects by working across multiple release trains/scrum teams and cross-cutting across products.
Plan and manage project/release activities across a group of platform components and customer facing products in a coordinated way from inception through successful delivery.
Align dependent organizations and remove/mitigate all release blocking issues.
Support Release Trains and drive PI (Program Increment) activities.
Gather project, release & train metrics and provide insights and share lessons learned.
Support DMP releases across the entirety of the lifecycle from the inception of a business requirement through the deployment of an artifact.
Operates across development, product, and operations support overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing blocking issues that would introduce risk to a project and release.
Facilitate a variety of release ceremonies including change review board, release status, release readiness reviews, go/no go, implementation plan reviews, and release retrospectives.
Regularly review metrics and proactively ensure the program stays aligned with organization objectives
Work with engineering and product teams to ensure that the release packages pass all quality gates (QA, Operational Health) and have proper operational support handoffs with DevOps and Customer Support.

Recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialog to resolve them
Verbal and written communication is clear and concise
Proven track record of successful delivery in a large-scale complex technology ecosystem.
Illustrated history of data driven decision making, and ability to facilitate and/or influence decisions of others based on data points and metric indicators.
Proficient in Agile practices with strong understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and SDLC (software development life cycle).
Strong background in Technical Project and/or Program Management is essential for this role.
